This location has the absolutely worse phone system ever created! There is no direct number to the specialty clinic needed and we are forced to be transferred numerous times from people who either claim they can't hear you or don't know the doctors who work there. This is totally unacceptable especially for a medical facility.

All of the nurses and staff are wonderful. Dr Richards really has a way of making you enjoy going to the doctor, he makes my grandmother who hates doctors calm down and feel at ease. Highly recommend
