I received extraordinarily good service from Harry. I brought my recently-acquired hybrid car in because of a dashboard warning about hybrid system failure. Harry was terrific in keeping me posted while they conducted diagnostic and then with a clear explanation of what they found and how they addressed the problem. Also, tips about how to minimize the problem in the future. I was especially struck by his patience and humility. He was able to explain carefully what they knew after the testing and also what they didn't. Aside from being knowledgeable, he is courteous and clearly oriented to listen and address customer concerns. I write reviews only in exceptional cases and this warranted it.

Well I was going to give a 5 stars review untill I realized before I left the dealership that I didn't have my 2nd key....so they said oh we will find out for you some will reach out.. The rest of the week went by no word at all ...so the following Monday I try to find out only to be told oh we don't have a second key that I would have to order and pay for my own 2nd key and that I would have to take it to a different dealership to get it programed....when I made it very clear at the beginning I only wanted to deal with my dealership for problems.... as i had had bad experience with others that i wanted to avoid by dealing with a better quality dealership... I was assured that wouldn't be a problem ...but oh how it is ..... I mean don't you think that is something you should tell a person at the time of sale hey we only have 1 key and this what you should do if you want a second key....despite what we told you I'll take ur cash at time of purchase but keys are not our problem......uuuuughhh very u happy top it off I asked to speak to a manager and got know where
