They do occasionally have fresh oysters, although it is not very frequent. If that is what you would like I would recommend requesting it from them ro ensure their highest quality and please understand if you are not by coastal waters it is much more difficult to transport live specimen of shellfish so they can be processed locally. In addition shellfish do not last very long fresh, there is a higher requirement to keep processed food "fresh" during shipment.
