I have been trying for an hour to get someone to answer the phone. Why don't you staff sufficiently to at least have someone who can answer the phone?

They're usually very busy, & it is difficult to get a hold of someone on the phone. The best time to call them is in the morning. They open at 10 a.m. during the week, Saturday they open at 9, and Sunday 10 a.m.
