Are you at the same location as the clinic that closed in June of this year
Hi Nancy, Yes! We do, for our members, if the location is within a 10 miles radius of our clinic. We do have extra charge of $50 in addition to your membership fee each month. This is a courtesy offered to our existing patients who have the occasional difficulty getting to the clinic. We also do phone appointments, when appropriate. Unfortunately, if you need home visits "exclusively", this really is not the purpose. If "exclusive" home visits are what you want, I would encourage you to contact other DPC (direct primary care) clinics in the metro area, as some of them may be open to that type of arrangement.
