What an experience! I’ve been looking online for vehicles for a few months and visited a few different dealerships around town and wasn’t sold on the truck or experience with those dealerships. Details mean a lot to me and Bob Sight offered it. I saw a used truck online that looked perfect at their dealership and knew it was the one. Garrett helped me out and set me up to take it for a spin. Everyone works together and there was no pressure. They took the time to make sure the truck was everything I was looking for and pointed out features that other dealerships didn’t take the time to explain. Chris was great to work with when it came to the financing portion. He definitely made the process easy and painless. Chris took the time to make sure I knew everything I was signing. Great group of people, great customer service, communication, and a very straight forward process. I’m from Kansas and purchased in Missouri, so their titling fees were cheaper. Keep that in mind and don’t hesitate to cross boarders. Highly recommend you checking this dealership out.

Stay away from this service department. They will charge $200 just to hook your vehicle up to a computer (free at the local auto parts stores) and they can’t troubleshoot on their own. If the computer doesn’t tell them to fix something, their response is either nothing is wrong or a repair that is unrelated and doesn’t resolve the original issue. I’ve had this happen twice- did my own work replacing a $20 sensor and had another place refill the Freon in my AC after being told we needed to completely replace the AC system- it’s still fine 4 years later.

Ronnie has been my guy since I walked in to order my bronco in 2019. He waited with me and updated me as much as he could, helped me when the bronco came in differently than what I had ordered, and has helped me with non sales related issues ever since (recall, service). Great guy, very kind, gets it done!

My family is a ford family multiple members have worked in ford credit and at the truck plant. I bought my first new car from my his dealer back in 2012 had a fantastic experience then. Came in and was asking about buying a Ranger on the lot at X Plan. At that time Jim (Manager) came up to me wasn’t inviting and started asking if I had a trade in (No) I proceeded to tell him I would be bringing my own financing from my bank (Pre-Approved). He then told me he wasn’t going to sell me a car because he has to make money and the only way that would happen is if I finance through him or have a Trade in. Bottom line lost a life time customer. Go elsewhere.
