Our overall experience with Hawn Bedding did not disappoint. We are repeat customers, and really enjoy their mattresses. Adam Pinder worked with us this time. He was patient and professional, showing us multiple mattresses and taking the time to explain the benefits of sleeping on each one. He truly cares about what you need and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information required to make the right decision in purchasing our mattress. We ended up purchasing the Extra Firm Super Orthopedic. After sleeping on the mattress for 3 weeks, we found it to be too firm, which was no fault of Adam's. When we informed him that we would like to exchange the mattress for one that is less firm, Adam graciously made the exchange, even making suggestions to help create a custom fit to meet our needs. At no time were we made to feel as though our request was unreasonable or impossible. The delivery team has great communication, and arrived promptly at the scheduled times of delivery. They were both informative about mattress care and warranty, and very professional. Hawn Bedding sets the standard for what your mattress purchasing experience should be across the board. .

Not Counting Sheep- I had heard of Hawn Bedding Company as long as I can remember but had never tried them until recently. With such a long standing history in the area, I thought, "Why not?". My purchase took place at the Lee's Summit location. During my first visit two weeks ago, I spoke to a long time employee that explained the construction of the bed as well as the history of the company. I walked away feeling sure of my future purchase. This past Tuesday I returned to purchase my box spring and mattress. I expected the three day wait time for delivery as it was explained to me before. Instead, the salesman said, "Oh no, you can have your bed delivered tomorrow." I was shocked. He explained that it would be built that day and delivered the next. He pointed to the window in the factory, and showed me the spring frame that would soon be my bed! The set was delivered the next day by two great guys that were polite and took their time to explain the rotation and flip of the mattress and how often it should occur. They referred me to the website as well as informing me of other details I needed to know to extend the life of my mattress. The end result? It was the best sleep I've had in years. No need to count sheep anymore!
