Best to have your parents there just incase
That depends on whether or not it's an emergency. If it's not an emergency and you go to a clinic even if you're parents are with you if you say you don't want your parents to know they won't share that information with them. It's the LAW! If you are under 16 you can go to see a doctor without your parents or carer but you would need them to register you at your GP surgery so that you can book appointments. When you see the doctor anything you discuss will be private.
You should always have your parents/ guardians there with you for certain medical reasons. There are forms they have to fill out and sign. Especially for testing and exams and what nots.
Probably best to ask the hospital directly about their policies on minors
