Terrible experience this is my second time being at this hospital both time we had terrible experiences and both times were not for me but for my sister. Today at 7:56 am 9/7/22 I took my sister to the emergency room for having troubles breathing etc. the never came and got me to take me to her room so I had to ask then was given directions to her room and still couldn’t find it then nurses started yelling at me and making disrespectful comments, then proceeded to laugh and make jokes for the past 15-20 minutes and not a single nurse has been in to check on my sister who has explained her symptoms and as I walked past all nurses were sitting at desk talking. Now my sisters nurse Lindsey has come in after she got lost and couldn’t find my sisters room.

Go to the main hospital entrance the to the front desk to the left inside, they will have a tech, nurse or volunteer, take you down to the unit 2 halls away less than 50 yards .
No St. Luke's north is not a trauma center. All traumas are sent to Liberty Hospital (level 2 trauma center) North Kansas city Hospital (level 2 trauma center) St. Luke's plaza or KU med center

No. They had a group that left because the hospital treated them like a cash cow and wanted to mess with their staffing.
The clinic on the South West corner of the hospital, can do that..
See a doctor at their clinic, walk-in is $25 without appointment, they have good doctors there.
