Rita, it should have been a page given to you with your receipt. It will show what they found on fluid levels, tire pressure, etc. If you didnt get it, just call the service manager and I am certain they'll get it for you or recheck everything. We have a Ram truck, a Charger and a Challenger, all bought from and serviced by Olathe Dodge. They've always taken really good care of us from shopping what we want, servicing and trade in. If you go to buy, ask for a Liz McMullin (not at all sure of spelling). When i bought my Challenger, i was impossible to deal with as i wanted a Shaker/Scat Pack in octane red. Not easy but she went over the top finding it and giving me the best deal I've ever got. Hope that helped.
This place provided me with the worst experience in car shopping of my life, I wouldn't beleive a word they say
Hi, Rita! Please feel free to give our service center a call, and we can detail for you what's covered in that type of vehicle inspection. Thanks!
I have always received a checklist report at each oil change.
If you were in recently, they should have provided a sheet that shows each item they reviewed during the inspection. This includes common things like tire pressure, wipers, etc. If you didnt receive one, call and ask for a copy. I believe they keep that on record as well.
