Went on a Sunday morning around 11 am and there wasn't a long wait at all. I think we got a great deal for our purchase and the sales staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I switched from AT&T thinking my bill would go down. After their add on and hidden charges I came out at the same price even though I removed one of my three active lines. And my wifi is sup par in the area I just purchased my home in. Smh I will continue to look at others. Sprint??

Customer service is very poor, I had an appt I was there less than 5mins for help with a simple verizon app. And was told that they aren't trained on the smart family app and for me to call tech support..ummm......Isn't that what you specialize in? At least the worker could've looked at my phone. But I'm guessing their work is done for today. And I should just go call Verizon. Instead of having them help troubleshoot shoot.

Customer Service is not a lost art at this location! Luke was extremely helpful in walking me through how I could upgrade all 5 of my phones even though the purchase could not be made in store. Definitely will retain my business and patronage.

I would stop in to talk to them about it. You could possibly make a warranty claim, insurance claim or they may be able to repair it. The staff is very helpful here, I'm sure they'll do their best to resolve your issues!
