I called service to schedule an appointment for my Sedona. I was informed that I had to wait a week before Service was able to get my vehicle in the shop. After calling around to other repair shops, I found that the wait time is somewhat normal. I had my Sedona towed into the shop on the day it was to be serviced. I waited until noon and finally called to see the progress. I was informed that they were short staffed and would call me back with the progress. They didn't call me back. At 5:00 p.m., I called them and was informed that they had yet to even look at the vehicle, and they "might" get to it tomorrow morning. My incorrect assumption was that I had to wait a week to get my car serviced because that's how much time they needed to actually get to my vehicle due to other people in front of me. I realize now that them scheduling me for a particular day means...what?!? More chances to ignore me? I don't know the answer with that one. (P.S. - 2nd time this has happened to me.)

I adore my 2023 Kia Sportage. Melissa was an absolute charm! From the moment I walked in, she was patient, knowledgeable, and as kind as could be.
