I took my dodge, that I bought through this dealership, into the service dept for a check engine light. Jared seemed inconvenienced with my appointment and was less than helpful. I asked that no work be done until I knew the price and what the warrant covered. He told my there was no warranty and he checked repeatedly. Then asked where I bought the vehicle. I told him in your parking lot. He then decided to look further. After finally diagnosing my vehicle he then told me 176 was the cost and would be about 8 hours of work. I said ok I will bring on a day I can accommodate my schedule he said I didn't have a choice because they already took it apart and ordered the part. I told him I didnt authorize any work done he said he could get me a rental, that didn't happen. I had no ride and now a truck that was not drivable. On top of that my oil needed changed and instead of making it right and offering a oil change while they were already doing work to my car I got absolutely no accommodation and Jared was rude. I wouldn't recommend any service done here they do not take care of their customers.

Yes, we have several fluent Spanish speakers at our dealership.
Yes, you can finance a used vehicle from Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I know that because I had financed my 2012 Town & Country SVU.
6:00. We do have new ones with working parts already on them.lol
Rita, it should have been a page given to you with your receipt. It will show what they found on fluid levels, tire pressure, etc. If you didnt get it, just call the service manager and I am certain they'll get it for you or recheck everything. We have a Ram truck, a Charger and a Challenger, all bought from and serviced by Olathe Dodge. They've always taken really good care of us from shopping what we want, servicing and trade in. If you go to buy, ask for a Liz McMullin (not at all sure of spelling). When i bought my Challenger, i was impossible to deal with as i wanted a Shaker/Scat Pack in octane red. Not easy but she went over the top finding it and giving me the best deal I've ever got. Hope that helped.

Everyone had a mask on, employees and customers. I didn't notice anything specific like hand sanitizer on tables, counters, etc.

Very excellent service.
Although it is possible to develop a leak in the radiator hose, if they aren't properly installed orwith age. But most leaks occur, in my opinion, due to a faulty water pump. My suggestion, if you can't easily detect where the leak is, to take it to a qualified mechanic that can provide clear insight as to the problematic area: Cause and Effect. Hope this helps.
