They gave us a sheet with 5 urgent care centers. The one in Palm Desert is Healthcare Express Urgent Care 42575 Washington St., suite #B. The others are in Indian Wells, Indio, Yucca Valley, and La Quinta.
Hospitals have emergency rooms and that is JFK and DRMC. For "urgent care" call the number on your Kaiser card it depends on which city you are in..
I honestly don't know. I do know that you can get a same day appt with a doctor at this kaiser facility.
