I had the same experience, mailed a 56 lbs commercial Jack hammer to my brother in New York sadly it never arrived, instead a 5 lbs shoe box showed up filled with socks. I was told they would review the security video and after many follow up visits and calls I was told to bad no insurance was purchased. Don’t use them to ship expensive merchandise or buy the insurance.
