we bought our home, according to realter this house had the building permits once the construction was finished the owner never call the city to inspector, therefore inspection was never done. We have major issue with electrical and other issue.

I am the owner of a 7.2 acre property in Palm Springs, 92262 lying contiguous to Mountain Gate. It is zoned R1. A developer is interested in buying it for 850,000$, but is interested in holding it for one year to get the Map approved. Can you help?
