do NOT come here if you’re having a bad day. the women behind the counter take their personal qualms with their jobs and lash out on guests instead. i understand that their lives must be miserable, but sometimes people aren’t used to post office mannerisms. the women expect you to know what they know and get snappy when you don’t understand or don’t get any kind of signal or communication when the interaction is completed. i would 100% go to another location, even if it’s more of a hassle. they really know how to smooth out all of the wrinkles from their brains during work. maybe that’s a requirement in this location.

Terrible service. They never delivered my green card. I have to wait 9 month to get a new one. The person on the phone was very rude. Horrible horrible. I don't know how a service like that can exist in us.

They never delivered my package and the person answering phones was very rude about it. "If my guy scanned for deliver, then it's delivered." well maybe he delivered to the wrong address and scanned it? He hung up on me.
