This Hoboken store is incompetent. I call and I'm on hold while they clowning around talking about missing a game. Waited 2 hrs for sandwich to be delivered and the order wasn't even right. Never ordering from this store or app again. Trash!

I had Mike’s Famous Philly. The bread was less premium. It was dry and less chewy and soft. Definitely gotta benchmark shake shack. Mike was not cheap at the quality of the steak. Plenty of cheese with Philly steak was good for $9. Their customer service was welcoming and nice. Restaurant had many customers at the dinner. Mainly poor old white guys. Served by black guys. Honestly, they have Shake Shack around their store. So I think they need stronger ads that can take all of the customers from Shake shack… Their flavor can’t beat other fast-food hamburger restaurants unfortunately. They may want to consider bread from king’s hawaiian.
