Just went today and with a $8 off coupon from their website it was $38.50 but that also includes a free car wash from the place across the street. I guess their partnered together.
One thing to note is the car wash is basic...use the credit towards and upgraded wash if you want to. And they do have different prices for your choice of oil, high-mileage, synthetic blend or full synthetic.
The car wash & the Fastrac Lube place are both owned by the same person. I've known the owner for quite a few years now!
