Well for camping🤔🤔 yes you need to make a reservation but in front of the park there is a very good size parking lot you can park you car and stay until you late night Honestly, I couldn't camping. But you don't really have to 🤗if you really just want to spend some time around there I really recommend it and special if its your first time. I am not leaving in California so what I do is rent a hotel and stay in the park as late I can. Good luck with your new adventure 😉
