Many hospice things are cut in the back so the person doesn't have to be lifted to dress them. So the question should be do they have styles that don't have a back side and or are open in the back. I am not aware of any but i am open to being wrong. And the one piece wont work unles you cut them up both legs and the back. They say dont alter them so???
So far as I am aware all of our garments should be hospice friendly.. we do have some one piece garments that might work better than our two piece garments. I would suggest looking at our website store.lds.org if you are looking for something specific.
