Bad attention on the phone to take an order to pick up. They had me 9 minutes on the phone without attending to me and in the end they hung up. The food is excellent. The service staff lousy.
The croquettes are delicious, but the service by the drive truck is terrible, they give the coffee cold, the toast without roasting, a disaster
The food is very good but terrible attention from the Cuban lady who answers the phone for orders, very badly located without education, they should train people for customer service
