Underwhelming experience. Personnel was quite unmotivated and where hardly talking to us at all - it appeared because we did not speak spanish. Maybe Gringos are less welcome. Also no one ever asked whether we liked our meals or if we wanted to order something else. Empanadas were ok, Cuban burger was a bun with a beef patty and a few onions - not great. Cocktails were also mediocre. We were not inclined to tip a lot. The waitress didn‘t like that. She came back to us telling us quite unfriendly and for the second time, that no gratuity was in included on the bill - we knew that. Where we come from tips are only justified for attentive and friendly service, we on the other hand did not feel welcome at any point.

Food and cocktails was nothing special, waitress was unfriendly and unmotivated. We were not asked once if everything is fine for us or if it was tasty. When we paid, we were told that we should give about 20 - 25% tip. We did not do that. Not recommended.

An interesting and cozy place, but the food could improve some dishes.
Strange friend and I feel sorry for you, but I will tell you that the pub restaurant is a cozy place, very rich, familiar, and the attention I assure you is super, super for each and every one of the waiters and workers. They treat the same way to the tourist than to the local. I am a local and the pub among so many restaurants on Calle 8 Lither Havana is my favorite. Although in no place nobody is perfect and nothing is perfect I assure you I repeat as a client of the pub that you have a good time, well and the attention is magnificent... greetings and blessings 🙂🙏
Cuban food in Little Havana. The food is fantastic, try the red snapper, sweet fried plantains and the Sangria. The lamb stew was also delicious .
