This is my go to whenever I'm in Little Havana. I love sitting at the counter with a friend and having a couple fritas. Such a good local spot.

I love el mago de las fritas. They never disappoint and every time I go I just end up ordering more and more. A real Cuban staple! Love the history on the walls and always liked seeing el mago himself at the restaurant just enjoying the fruits of his labor. Can’t go wrong with any of the fritas or the shakes.

I went this morning order one Frita a Caballo and end up ordering una mas, a total of 2. For my 7 years old boy his Tostada y Cafe con Leche he love it. And the sauces OMG!!!! Habanero sauce is spicy but Awesome I can get enough from this place.
You're going to need to park a block or two away and walk over. Do not park in the plaza next to the restaurant - you'll run the risk of getting towed.

They do not change despite the pandemic. On Saturdays a wonderful ajiaco and wonderful pork rinds ... not to mention the fries. Perfect
No, maybe try shake shake elevation burger or burger fi. Ill tell you one thing you will be missing it out of you don't try a frita from el mago
