Yes.
Morikami Gardens is quite accessible to nearly every part of the grounds. The exception are two two short paths on the backside of the furthermost waterfall across the lake from the main entrance. The paths are a densely packed pea gravel and slate dust. Unless you wheelchair/mobility device has wheels less than 6" in diameter, you should be able to enjoy the park without any issue whatsoever. I would encourage anyone who's felt like visiting but fearful of limited access to go and enjoy the beauty. 🤗
Yes, and there are alternative paths throughout the park so do not be discouraged to take the full tour.
