Yes

Small trucks and SUVs can park in the regular or lower parking lot. I have sees semi or 18 wheelers parked in the upper lot, where there is plenty of room. Panel trucks can park temporarily, for a pick up in the front as long as the driver is in the truck.

Normal trucks can be on the front but semi trucks are allow to park in the back

I have seen pick up trucks, some of pick furniture like sofa will need pick up trucks.
