Liccardi ford service is a great place to go for any service you need. Always have them do my oil and anything else I need done. Paul and the whole service team are amazing at what they do and provide excellent customer service.

Not really a question but I've been there. They recently CALLED ME to cancel my service appointment (a first) because they "did not have enough technicians". I learned later that the service manager (1 of 6 in my 4 years of dealing with them and my last hope...) left. They are an embarrassment to the brand. I am considering a different make. A different dealership at minimum.
There's a LEMON LAW after 3 trys to fix the same problem they must give you another vehicle. Friends were given a new vehicle. However, their service department is certainly NOT the best.
Here we are in March after Rob the Supervisor at Liccardi Ford service department called me in January and told me I had to take my post off Google. And I refuse to because it's not fair to me that they still have not reimburse me from September 2018. And when I call he have to check with the manager and still nothing from January these people are I professional and don't like to reimburse you after they said they will.

In this instance, an incorrect/incomplete VIN was input into True Car, as well as a misrepresented vehicle. Typically, what we see as a deal is that if all possible negative things are listed accurately, the correct number populates and will be paid 100% because the values are backed by both KBB and True Car. If a consumer downplays accidents, work needed, or cosmetic flaws, than of course when we inspect it we will update and correct all misrepresented items.
