You should call the store and find out what is going on. Unfortunately I don't work for Walmart and can't help you.
Maybe write a grammatically correct question 🤔 and call the store with your tracking number , that would get you alot farther. 😉
I would just call customer service and find out what's going on customer service is usually the provider in that situation that will help out with Walmart so again if I was you I will get on the phone right away I have to speak to a manager if you cannot cripple the problem at that point then I will call customer service.
