Hi there, I see on the Peking Duck that the allergens listed are seafood. My husband is severely allergic to shrimp, crab and lobster, where does the seafood come into the preparation of the duck?

We use hoisin in the preparation of the duck. There is no seafood in the duck, but according to the company that produces our hoisin, it is processed in the same facility as peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, and milk products and may contain traces of shellfish.
