I am 61 years old and I need to RENEW my machine readable Passport #BAxxxx. I can go in personally with a hand written form, printed on Legal paper Both sides. I can have photos taken there. I will leave my Passport with you.What more do I need?

When going in person, you're not required to take photos, they'll take it for you. Make sure you have your machine readable passport, fess of $60 and $9 for postage total of $69, picture ID and your green card
