I’m confused they hardly ever have ppl in there and they don’t answer their phone. I’ve been trying from 9:00am and now is 10:01am. If we are to make an appointment over the phone how can we if they don’t answer their bloody phone????????

If you can go in person you might get through. There close at 2pm. Or make appointment in person too. That's what we did.

You may have to go there in person. They usually deal with in person appointments on Fridays. I submitted my renewal april of last year and just got the last week that my passport was ready. So don't hooks your breath waiting for an expedited process
