Not sure what you mean by medical card. If you mean a health insurance card or health savings account card, no. One can pay out of pocket with cash, check, or regular credit card.
If you are asking if Nicholas is licensed, he is (though he is not an MD). You can find credentials info on the website. I can say that Nicholas is the most educated/knowledgeable natural practitioner I've found in the U.S. He's passionate about healing & helping people.
