Joanns staff at Fabric area was helpful and knowledgeable. The coupons???? The coupons are so confusing. I cannot order on-line from my phone or tablet, so I can't take advantage of online ordering.

Great selection of craft items. One of the most, if not the most comprehensive store for fabrics. I just have to be careful when I go in there, or I can spend way too much! Love the store. I just wish it was closer to me.
Unfortunately, as far as I know, Joann's doesn't make housecalls. But, you could call and ask if they know someone who would. Talk to the education coordinator.
Who is the district Manager for this store and the phone number , I made the mistake of paying for my purchase half in cash and on card . The cashier didn't ring the purchase correctly and I was charged twice. Still trying to get this fixed

Not sure,but this happened to me at Shopko. My bank caught it and denied the second charge. Try calling your bank first. Otherwise the number should be online.
