I received a Serger for as a gift. My problem is I am having a very hard time trying to figure out how to thread it. I live in an Assisted Living facility, have no car or even a phone. Can someone come help me??

Unfortunately, as far as I know, Joann's doesn't make housecalls. But, you could call and ask if they know someone who would. Talk to the education coordinator.
