I came down with what was ultimately very much a user error, and Barb was SO incredibly helpful. She took the time to sort out the problem with me, and went above and beyond to double check that everything was working. She also gave me a bunch of tips on how to go forward and really made sure I was set to go. I will absolutely be back!!

Do you service Baby Lock sewing machines. I have one but the place I bought it from does not a a service contract with Baby Lock. I am looking for service for my BL Katherine machine. No options for service here in North Platte, Ne.
