It's a well maintained mobile home park with amenities like an inground pool available in the Summer, a club house and some exercise equipment. It is about 40 to 50 minutes from Rochester. I wish it were closer.

My grandmother lives there and I believe lot rent is around 500/month including water. I think garbage pickup is even covered in the monthly rent as well. They have an awesome in ground pool and a club house the residents can reserve for personal events. I know our family enjoys spending time there and we are grateful that our grandma has a wonderful place to live!
