Nice place to visit. Plenty of parking when you break down, also the Biggest Star bucks I've seen in year's compair to Target, Safeway...

Is there a time limit for staying? What is the monthly rate? Are there any spots with trees /shade?

No trees or shade. Park surrounded by Oleander bushes. On the interstate on one side and busy street on the other. There was a 6 month time limit mentioned but I don't think it is enforced. My monthly bill including water, electricity, garbage, taxes and rent is about $950. The park is small, tightly packed but in a great location. The town of Benicia is a beautiful, upscale shopping and dining, and on the water.
