I have found free parking along 13 Avenue beteen Broward Blvd and Las Olas, The sign says you are required to have a permit for OVER 2 hours. I've never received any notice when I've parked there

Thanks Mia, i went to parkbyphone on the signage in that plaza and put zone 36 and it wanted 7 bucks for 0 to 2 hrs.......it used to be a free parking lot years ago when i went to Lambda South. Enjoy your weekend

Hey Erik- you can download an app called "PaybyPhone" and park at the meters. It's cheaper than $7/hr.
