1. R u a tennis instructor if so yes you will make the necessary arrangements to used the practice courts on the far eastern side. 2. If u show up and see all courts in use chances are u may not even get a sniff at hitting because more than likely those folks are not all that friendly to give any stranger a run much less to hit around.
Though I am not 100% sure, I'll say that this park is nearly always full in the courts area, pickleball etc so yah best option would be to call Margate Parks and Rec to reserve
