1. R u a tennis instructor if so yes you will make the necessary arrangements to used the practice courts on the far eastern side. 2. If u show up and see all courts in use chances are u may not even get a sniff at hitting because more than likely those folks are not all that friendly to give any stranger a run much less to hit around.

It's a regular park. You take your kids as a family. You sure don't drop them off like a day care. There are other activities such as tennis classes but I guess this is offered by third parties.
