I stop by Rooster after 2 year of been i West Palm Beach, was looking forward to a nice juice burger. Burger was ok but fries we’re burnt. That was a turn off. Sorry Rooster

Was not impressed Onion bale came out cold tenderloin was tasteless. Won’t be going back.Being from the Midwest I was totally disappointed and my guest as well. Went back to read reviews I wished I’d read these before I invited my pastor and family I wouldn’t have gone based on all the negative reviews 🫢

This is how we got our food. Fail in presentation, and food quality. They also messed up on the wings giving us all flats instead of all drums like we ordered. Everything was so greasy and the cheese was disgusting. Tasted like fake cheese. Fries were bland no seasoning at all. The trio had the chicken fingers too greasy, potato skins were not the greatest. Would never order from here again. Didn’t even finish the food. The photos are what was left and thrown away.

I ordered wings and fries, the wings were great but the fries came out under cooked and full of grease. Not very happy.

This is a public restaurant. While it is known for friendly service, the staff cannot be held responsible for unruly patrons that may or may not be there. If this is a concern for you, have your event privately catered. Sorry for your loss.
I've only picked up to-go orders but haven't eaten inside, but they have stickers on the ground for social distancing, a bar counter in front of the door so you can't go inside, or stand too close to the waitresses, a wireless doorbell to alert them you're standing outside when you get there.
