Wonder place the maintenance staff work hard and fast to complete work orders. Danielle the community manger is super super sweet and always do what she says she will do. I would recommend this beautiful community. The apartments sizes are perfect for a big family and looks great inside and out. The gym is huge. I just fell in love with this community!

This place is beautiful. But they don't fix the place up when you move in they patch things up .and when you move out they charge you for it our bathtub was painted with something by the time you move it comes off. They charged me 750.00 for the tub make sure to take pictures of everything I mean everything. The day I moved in the lady in the office said it wasn't ready but I had left were I lived already so I had to move in with it the way it was and they never fixed anything. Please be aware... the front door was never painted STAY AWAY!!!!!! Mind you I lived there for 15 months

I live at the Fairways of Carolina going to 3 years now i can tell you it’s the best and peaceful community to live at and the staff is amazing 🤩 i highly recommended for you to stop by and see for yourself

No, it encircles a golf course but is not surrounded by a gate.
$85 per person plus an administrative fee of $200. There is a fee for pets as well $350 per pet max 2 pets
