Well this is late but remember you are not the only one going thru the house. You will be in a group of ppl you don't know. Toning it down would ruin the experience for everyone. If you have to ask that then he isn't ready for one yet.
My 4 year old loved it except for when we got to the top and the very rude individual refused to let him go down their unsafe slide there are much better places you can take your kid!
