I have to have the smart start in my truck to get license, but I can't get the smart start installed in my truck untill the truck is legal, but I can't get the truck legal till I have license. What do I have to do to get this worked out?

All you have to do is transfer the title into your name. That doesn't require a tag to own a truck in your name. You simply go to DMV hand them the title, they transfer it. Takes a couple weeks to get your title back. But if you already have that done then simply get a 10 day tag. Have someone else drive the truck to the appointment for the smart start. Getting a tag or owning a car doesn't require you to have a DL.

This reminds me of a math riddle or something 😂. I have no idea I would go to the tag place and ask them since they never answer the phone.
