Workers misidentified the model of a gun ordered online delaying my pick up by over a week. Had an order shipped here from gunbroker, and the workers actually misidentified the gun, a Mosin Nagant with Russian writing and a Soviet markings on it, as a Japanese Arisoka. This caused them to tell me it hadn’t arrived yet for several days. Eventually, after multiple calls, including the other store and the other store calling them, they connected me with someone who properly identified the gun and was able to help. She instructed me to call back the next day when it would be ready for pick up. When I called back the next day I was again told the gun hadn’t arrived yet, even after I explained the woman had just set it up the previous day. It took several minutes for them to properly identify the gun again, and finally realize their mistake. Once they identified the problem, they were quick to apologize and took care of the firearm right away, but it still ended up being about a week and a half from the time it arrived until I actually was able to pick it up. Edit: Changed to 1 star due to unprofessional response from business.

Went into guerrilla armament cause i heard they were a decent shop. They completely ignored my wife. Made her feel unwelcome. As much as i wanted a rifle they had i couldn’t give them my business. Left an drive down the street saw the sign for the gun shop. Stopped in. The staff are super kind an welcoming. They know their stuff. Talked to my wife not down to her. One of the best gun shops i ever been into. Walked out with 2 kimbers. This shop will have all future business from me an anyone that is looking. Hands down best in the area

I purchased my first handgun today, i had Cole and Mike show me many different types till i found the one that i felt was exactly right for me. They were super patient, and their knowledge on all of the weapons was superb. The customer service was Exceptional!!
