Usually love going to Dutch bros but this just makes me sad :( A few days ago order a large nitro cold brew get to window and they charged me for it but give me a medium because they said they don’t actually have a large, the cup is just bigger with a lot more ice and they were out of large cups. Then order two today and I get this half full drink handed to me.. this is the third time something like this has happened. Good coffee but not if I am just going to get half of what I order every time :(

My review is in comparison of every other dutch bros I've been to. The drinks at this one never taste right. The service isn't as friendly and the wait times are astronomical. It is so close to me and I go out of my way to go to a different one just so I know I'll make it out of the line on time.
