Jessica has been amazing to work with! She was so responsive, prompt, helpful, and kind throughout the move-in process, regardless of my endless questions. Jessica has gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my unit, anything I’ve needed she’s made happen! I look forward to living in a community with such a caring front office and management team.

Jessica, one of the leasing managers, is AMAZING. We walked in needing a place pretty much ASAP and she took us through the tour and application process so quickly so that I could secure one of the apartments. She was very busy but still made time for everyone coming into the office. She was so friendly and personable, it definitely made a usually stressful experience into a great one. I would highly recommend Keystone. The units are clean and renovated, great location as well. Thank you, Jessica for being so helpful!

Phenomenal service. I’ve seen some of the tenants give the leasing agents bad attitude and at times disrespectful. Jessica handles herself with dignity and grace. Even when met with a attitude. Remains respectful and composed. Expressing ways to fix the issue at hand or simply just providing answers or help when needed. Very professional. Great attitude and always helpful!

Jessica and Mimi are extremely unprofessional, they treat there staff and residents horribly and deffinetly love favoritism. Anytime I had an issue Mimi would disregard it and Jessica would say it's an issue for maintenance. I have over heard them talking badly about several residents. As for my apartment, it was over priced run down and honestly you can get a nicer place for cheaper down the road. There is never parking, roof constantly leaks, snow removal is awful, and a lot of car break INS. Maintenance is wonderful always quick to do my work orders and honestly the only people I actually ever see working. If u have an issue go to one of the maintenance people and avoid the office it will get resolved faster by doing that. Sad that the property management allows and refuse to do anything about the women in the office this place has really gone down hill since they both came in.
