The new owners are turning low income housing into emodeled voucher housing that no one on minimum wage will afford. They are putting in granite counters and the cielings in the kitchen are collapsing. The roof collapsed and they spent 35000 dollars landscaping instead of upgrading the shared water heater system. They want to up rent without repairing the facility in the first place. Or doing basic maintenance maintenance math like is the kitchen load bearing for stone. Second floor floors have collapsed. They are evil crooked liars extorting the poor. Call your city council alderman and force them to sell this housing so the poor have a place to live. They are remodeling low income housing into high-end so they only take section 8 it's illegal!!! Go through the federal standards for low income and section 8 thier different things.

I don't want to give advice to my friends to move in this reveira apartments is totally no good. Here's management is not good. If any apartments of tenants have problems about electricity or anything, management doesn't send the technicians on time to fix it until two day. When we call in the office manager doesn't respond anything. After paying higher rent, here car parking is no good with good facilities.

I've lived here for several years and I feel like it's better than ever right now. The management is amazing in the office. I'm able to pay my rent easily through the portal that they offer. Pass management since I've been here was questionable and not easy to work with at all but Jose and Claudia are awesome and friendly and helpful. John is very good at his job and so friendly and efficient. He always completes the work on the apartments in timely manner. And you never have to call back because it's fixed. Overall my experience here has been good. But now it's even better with the new management and my renovated apartment I'm very happy here.

well, first off this apartment was helpful for me when i needed a place asap.. i lived here last year in may. i recently moved out i really DON'T recommend for anyone to move to this apartment complex. as i found out this is a section8 place. i paid for a 2bd that was over $1800. these apartments shouldn't be that high for that small of space. my apartment was growing Mold due to the washer and dryer that has no outside outing to for the lint. it created some type of yellow residue on the walls too. i cleaned and cleaned and there was no ending to it. not only my kids were breathing in that mold. old management people in office got fired due to not doing their job correctly. they were the most understanding people i ever met. they worked with me, as i was lacking like $200 on my rent once. as i paid it a week later. the new management don't seem to understand that all people living there may have lost their jobs to the COVID-19 and now facing eviction. i know that i was dealing with it. i was more worried about failing to loosing my job and having my kids on the street. most of the people are on section8 there. sad to say but if you want happy residents, maybe lowering the rent may help yous. the pool also is never open and is gross. Im sorry but i had the worst experience there!!!!

Questions & Answers

We’ve got baby roaches in building G again... anyone else having roach problems??? You’d think they’d get rid of these! We had them in building F last year!

Sorry to hear that Ashley! Management has been trying to address any issues in Building G by setting up appointments for pest control to enter the unit, but tenants keep denying access to get it taken care of. I will let the office know right now. Thank you.
