Clean. Well organized. Managers handled staff training and still did great job checking-out customers. Early morning visit had a "rush" so a little longer wait time but not bad. Love this store has security personnel up-front and present. Hopefully cuts-down on theft to ultimately keep prices lower. Returned some items later and very easy with tags and receipt!!

This store has a great manager and workers. I was there tonight and when I saw the line 4 deep I wanted to put everything back and leave. I then decided to wait awhile and that line kept moving. I think I was out in 10 minutes. Those women are hard workers. Store was well stocked. I will be back!!!’

One can always find good deals at Ross. Whether it's shoes, clothing apparel, housewares, toys and even tools you can always find a bargain. Quality is decent, won't break or fall apart a week after usage. This location is open early and closes late. Dressing rooms are kind of a hassle but not worth staying away from. This location has a great variety of items and cashiers are friendly. unfortunately no matter what time of day you shop there is always a line and maze to check out. From the front of the store to the back, waiting 💤😞

I was in line for over 30 minutes. They had only 2lines open. I will travel to go to a different location. This was absolutely insane. There were employees all over the store but only 2 out of the 8 registers open. When asked why instead of being kind and explaining the staff had a huge attitude and rolled their eyes. If they would have just explained to the line that reached all of the way to the back of the store that they were struggling and apologize a lot of people would of left happier. They were incredibly rude and terrible to the people waiting.
