Bad service, food that has been sitting out for ages and tastes bad, dirty tables, overflowing trash cans despite only a few customers, and ASTRONOMICAL prices. I visited this place in the past and thought it was "Meh" but since then it has REALLY gone down hill. Do yourself a favor and go to Chipotle.

This is one of our favorite Cafe Rio restaurants in the area! They keep it well stocked until closing, while others start emptying things as the night gets later. Which means fewer choices when you have to grt a late night snack. And they were responsive and helpful! Everything was clean and well maintained.

We love Taco Tuesday. Too bad the Burrito/Salad deal is going away. The tacos will still be on special though. The food was fresh and tasted great. It’s cool to watch them make their homemade tortillas right there…

Alright, the food wasn't that bad.. I'm giving a one star purely because the staff and management. I'm pretty sure everyone working there is under the age of 18, manager included. While my order was coming out of the oven the employee grabbed it with her hand and her t-shirt in the other hand on my plate while she put it on the counter.. while my husband's order was being made the very same employee was leaning against the counter touching her stomach/jeans on his food.. No aprons, no gloves, the employees kept taking their masks off to speak... what is this place??! When I brought this up with the manager on duty she said "I'm sorry about that" then continued her task. This really makes me wonder what they do with food when customers aren't watching them. Do yourself a favor and pick up some homemade tortillas, take them home and make your own meal!
